It’s no secret that I love rag&bone. It’s no secret that I love ivory. And it’s no secret that I love great detailing. So it should come as no surprise that the item I’m coveting right now is the rag&bone Broome vest from their pre-fall collection.

To be fair, this vest isn’t exactly designed for extra warmth but it is a definitely a fabulous layer piece (read: this vest is not interchangeable for your goose-down North Face vest that you’ve got. Save that for hiking. And for roasting marshmallows. But not for a great dinner out.-- that’s where the Broome vest comes in!). With its gorgeous leather and silk details, this piece doesn’t need much under it- a cotton tank, some flare jeans and wedges will do just fine! But part of the beauty in this vest lies in its versatility: it’s equally fabulous over a pair of skinny capri pants as it is with a slub cotton maxi dress. It’s great with denim shorts (we have some also from rag&bone), ankle pants (try our Genetic Shane pants) and skinny jeans (Citizens, of course). The uses and combinations for this vest seem unending. That, coupled with rag&bone’s amazing cuts and fits, are all stacking up to equal my current covet in the store!!!
